Job Requirements


SALES

  Strong solutions software sales background, selling large, high dollar value enterprise solutions
  Experience managing major enterprise accounts and negotiating enterprise sales required
  Proven performances selling into Fortune 1000 companies
  Experience delivering presentations to high level ( CXO) audiences
  Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  Team oriented, understands and supports the team-oriented approach

 

PRE-SALES

  Prior experience working for a software vendor in a Pre-Sales role, or a consulting firm in a client-facing role
  Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  Specific experience with relevant technologies
  Ability to travel, as needed
  Bachelor's Degree in a technical field, computer-related discipline, or equivalent


CONSULTING (Post-Sales)

  3+ years experience in developing and deploying mission critical applications doing hands-on Development or as Design Lead, Architect or Project Manager.
  Prior experience working for a software vendor or a consulting firm in a client-facing role
  Strong experience with both Client/Server and Web-based application architectures
  Strong experience with developing applications with relational databases
  Proficiency in object oriented methodologies and development processes and languages such as J2EE and/or .NET
  Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  Specific experience with relevant technologies
  Degree/Major: BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any business or mathematics degree with a Computer Science minor.
  Must be open to travel requirements vary with each position
