Our flexible service options include:
Contingency Search: Technical Search Associates will locate, screen and present qualified candidates for specific openings. The service fee is based on a negotiated percentage (%) of the New Hire Employee's first year compensation. Our service fee is "contingent and payable" only if a candidate is hired by you or your affiliates within one year of resume submission.
Contingency Search (Exclusive): Since some companies deal with more than one recruiting firm during a search, additional discount of the service fee may be negotiated if Client agrees to only work with our firm on the search. As with the non-exclusive contingency agreement, the service fee is based on the New Hire Employee's first year compensation and is "contingent and payable" only if a candidate is hired by you or your affiliate within one year of resume submission.
Retained Search: In a retained search , Technical Search Associates is the exclusive search firm working on filling a specific position. We will assign a dedicated recruiter to leverage all of our resources to locate, screen and present qualified candidates for this position. The total service fee is negotiated and agreed upon based on the New Hire Employee's first year compensation. A negotiated engagement fee is due at the start of the search process, a second installment of the total service fee is due upon submission of qualified candidate(s) and the final third of the total service fee is due upon hiring of the candidate.
“Retingency” Search: This popular service combines aspects of the contingency and the retained search. Similar to a retained search, an engagement fee is due at the start of the search process. The search is prioritized and resources are dedicated to locating, screening and submitting qualified candidates in a rapid timeframe. Once a candidate is hired, this engagement fee is applied against the contingency search fee.
Contract Staffing: Technical Search Associates can provide contract employees for all positions. Technical Search Associates will act as the employer of record with regards to taxes, etc. The contract employee can be converted at any time to a permanent employee (“temp to perm”). Special service fee structures may be negotiated that apply contracting fees against the permanent placement fee.
